Online Utility Payments The City of Enumclaw offers online credit card and automatic checking account deduction utility payment options, both without transaction fees. Click on the links below to get started! For online payments, you will need your account number and the amount of your last payment (less any late fees) to register. Please note: Currently, only Internet Explorer is supported on the online payments site. Download Internet Explorer for free by clicking here. For automatic payment from your account, fill out the Adobe Acrobat form below, print it out, attach a voided check (or a photocopy) and sign it. Return the completed form to the Finance Department. Be sure to read our FAQ (frequently asked questions) section regarding the City’s utility billing system and practices.
